Registration Solution¶

Jetfire provides a Registration Solution. These pages describe a Sports Registration solution that contains:

• Clubs
• Rates and Payments
• Members with Profiles
  • Athletes
  • Coaches
  • Officials
• Roles
  • Registrar
  • Club Administrator
  • Officials Administrator
• Reports
• Searching
  

States are used to manage objects. Basic objects have states:

• Active
• Inactive
  

States for Members include:

• Inactive: Member is not currently active
• Request Club Membership: A person wants to become a member
• Renew Club Membership: A member wants to renew their annual membership
• Registered with Club: The member is registered with the club
• Paid Club Fees: The member paid club fees
• Renew OAWA Membership: The member is renewing their provincial membership
• Registered with OAWA: The member is registered with the provincial organization
• Paid OAWA Fees: The member paid their provincial fees
