Red headers denote the Zones on the page
e.g. Horizontal Top is the name of the top Zone.
Graphics and text that are not inside of a Zone is fixed on the page. It is referred to as static information.
Graphics and text in a Zone belongs to that zone.
Information with the Gray Headers denote a Web Part.
You can drag and drop Web Parts from one Zone to another Zone (using Internet Explorer)
If you are using FireFox, then moving Web Part between Zones is done in the Layout Editor (edit the Web Part and go to the bottom of the Properties)
To edit the Web Part, just click the 'Edit' link in the Gray header.
Click 'Library' to see the Library of Web Part catalogs on the right side of the page.
The page now displays
