Add Jetfire Features Web Part

This Web Part is used to add Jetfire Features to a subscription.

Access

This Web Part is accessed by the Jetfire Admin Panel.

Procedure

To add a Jetfire Feature to a new folder,
  1. Enter the name of the folder that the Jetfire Features should be added to.
  2. Add an optional Jetfire Login ID, who will be able to edit the Jetfire features.

To add a Jetfire Feature,
  1. Click the 'Add XXX' link.
    • The code class and pages are automatically added to the website.
    • Note: the Subscription is set in the Web Part.

====Edit Properties====

Custom Edit properties include:
  • Admin Role: A comma-delimited list of Roles that can use the Web Part.
  • Initial Folder: The folder that the feature web pages are added to.
  • Template Xml File: The template file that is used to create pages.  The default (no entry) is the embedded Template Xml File.

  • Newsletter Feature Name: The name of the newslettes code class that is added when the 'Add Newsletter' link is clicked.
  • News Feature Name: The name of the news code class that is added when the 'Add News' link is clicked.
  • Calendar Feature Name: The name of the calendar code class that is added when the 'Add Calendar' link is clicked.
  • Email Distribution Feature Name: The name of the Email code class that is added when the 'Add Email' link is clicked.
  • Survey Feature Name: The name of the Survey code class that is added when the 'Add Survey' link is clicked.
  • Timesheet Feature Name: The name of the Timesheet code class that is added when the 'Add Timesheet' link is clicked.
  • To Do Feature Name: The name of the To Do code class that is added when the 'Add To Do' link is clicked.
