Preferred Workspace Part¶

The Jetfire Workspace is used to

Organize workflows in the same way that a folder is used on a PC
Organize workflows in the same way that ‘Sites’ are used in SharePoint
Identify Roles

Upon Workflow instantiation, the workflow is assigned to a workspace. Typically, this is the ‘Public’ workspace.

This Web Part allows the user to identify the preferred workspace where new workflows are assigned.

The Web Part is accessed from the Jetfire Web Parts Library.
