Display Workflows by State Web Part
This Web Part displays workflows by state. Jetfire workflows track a Current State and Previous State. Sometimes, it is very useful to display workflows based on the Current State that they are in.
Figure 1 shows a list of DVD's in your personal DVD library in various states. Here, we instantly see which DVD's are at Home and which are on loan.
Access
This Web Part is accessed from the
Jetfire Reports Web Parts Library.
Edit Properties
Custom Edit properties include:
- Workflow Name: The name of the workflow class displayed in the Web Part.
- Prompt by State?: If checked, then a set of states is displayed in a list that allows the user to view workflows for the selected state.
- Workflow Config File: The Configuration file used to display the state names for the Workflows.
- State Css Class: The css class used to style the state label.
