Farm Gate Farm Produce
This object relates the Producer to the Produce, thereby creating a list of goods and/or services created by the Producer.
The Producer (or Administrator) can add Produce to their list of Farm Produce that the Producer produces. The Producer can set the state of the Farm Produce that indicates to consumers when produce is ready at peak or available. Produce in the 'Peak' and 'Available' states are displayed on the website to help consumers.
Properties
- Subject - the name of the Farm Produce.
- ToolTip - a description of the Farm Produce. This is used as a mouse-over tool tip on the web page.
- Producer - the Producer that produces the produce.
- Pick_Your_Own - a (yes/no) flag that indicates whether this produce can be picked by the consumer.
- Notes - a list of notes for the Farmer's Market
Methods
- Add_Note() - a command to add a note to a Farm Produce
- Delete_Farm Produce() - an Administrator command to delete the Farm Produce.
- Set_Peak() - a command for setting the Farm Produce to Peak.
- Set_Available() - a command for setting the Farm Produce to available.
- Set_Out_of_Season - a command for setting the Farm Produce to out of season.
States
- Peak - the Produce is ready to pick.
- Available - the Produce is available to buy.
- Out_of_Season - the Produce is not available.
