Farm Gate Note
This object represents something to be remembered about the owner object. The 'Owner' represents the object that the note is directed at.
Properties
- Subject - the title of the note.
- ToolTip - the body of the note.
- Owner - the object that the note is associated with.
- Tags - a list of categories (not used in this application).
- LastUpdateTimestamp - the date when the event occurs. This is updated in the FinishEdit method.
- LastUpdateBy - the logged in user who created or updated the note. This is updated in the FinishEdit method.
Methods
- Delete_Note() - an Administrator command to delete the note. The Note is promoted to Deleted.
- Approve() - a command for promoting the state to Approved.
- FinishEdit() - Updates the timestamp and updated by properties.
States
- Start - the Note is started
- Approved - the Note is approved
- Deleted - the Note is deleted
