Jetfire New Organization Unit and Workspace Web Part¶
This custom Web Part is used to display Contacts and Profiles in a Workspace and Organization Unit. Contacts may be displayed based on the state that they are in or as a list of Contacts.
The figure shows Contacts sorted by state. This is particularly useful in registration systems, where members are re-entering the annual membership cycle. States provide the club administrator with a quick view of seeing the status of club members.
Displaying a list of contacts is simple - just click the 'Display as Contacts' link. The list of Contacts in alphabetical order is then displayed. To get back to the state-sorted view, just click the 'Display by States' link.

Edit Properties
The edit properties for this Web Part include:
- Workspace - A workspace to display.
- Workspace Css - the css class for the workspace.
- Show Preferred Workspace - if checked, displays the workflows in the preferred workspace.
- This takes precedence over select workspace.
- Select Workspace - if checked, displays a drop down list with workspaces that the user may select to display workflows in the workspace.
- Sort Option - how the workflows are sorted.
- Filter - a list of 'name=value;' pairs used to retrieve workflows that are displayed.
- Show All Versions - if checked, gets all workflow class versions for the workflow.
- Workflow Config File - The url to the Workflow Configuration File.
- State Css Class - the css class used to for the States.
- Jetfire Common Edit Properties
