Registration Solution: Profiles
Each
Members in the
Registration Solution has one or more Profiles. e.g. there are Athletes, Coaches, Officials and Staff Members. Members may perform multiple roles in a club, e.g. competing as an athlete and as a coach.
Profile Properties
Jetfire makes it easy to add properties to a program. This page contains the list of properties present in the OAWA Registration application.
The names of the properties on this page are used by the Jetfire Administrator in Web Parts for editing, reports and searching. The display of properties may be turned off in the
Workflow Configuration file.
Athlete Profile
The properties in the Athlete Profile are Read-only by Club Administrator and Read/Write by Registrar.
The Athlete Profile include the following properties:
- HasSignature - the athlete (or guardian for athletes under 18 years of age) has signed the release of waiver.
- DOBProofConfirmed - the athlete has submitted Proof of Age.
- DOBProof - the Proof of Age document submitted to the Registrar.
- WeightClass - the weight class of the athlete.
Coach Profile
The properties in the Coach Profile that are Read/Write by Club Administrator and Registrar include:
- Position - the coaching position held in the club.
The properties in the Coach Profile that are Read-only by Club Administrator and Read/Write by Registrar include:
- NCCP_Technical - Technical rating.
- NCCP_Practical - Practical rating.
- NCCP_Theory - Theory rating.
- CBET_Level - National certification level.
- LastPoliceCheck - the date of the last police check for the coach.
Official Profile
The properties in the Official Profile that are Read/Write by Club Administrator and Registrar include:
- Position - the coaching position held in the club.
The properties in the Official Profile that are Read-only by Club Administrator and Read/Write by Registrar include:
- Number_Years_Officiating - the number of years that the official has been officiating.
- CurrentRanking - the current ranking of the official.
- LastPoliceCheck - the date of the last police check for the official.
Staff Profile
The properties in the Staff Profile that are Read/Write by Club Administrator and Registrar include:
- Position - the staff position held in the club.
The properties in the Staff Profile that are Read-only by Club Administrator and Read/Write by Registrar include:
- LastPoliceCheck - the date of the last police check for the staff member.
