Web Part: Jetfire Registration Membership Renewal
The Membership Renewal Web Part is a custom Web Part built for the
Registration Solution.
Access
This Web Part is accessed from the
Jetfire Registration Web Parts Library.
Example usage of the Web Part
Figure 1 shows an example use of the Membership Renewal Web Part.
The Jetfire Administrator uses the Membership Renewal Web Part to request existing members to renew online. An example of the Web Part usage is shown to the right.
- The Club Administrator selects existing members.
- the Club Administrator may click 'Check All' to check all of the members.
- the Club Administrator may click 'Clear All' to clear the check marks for all of the members.
- The Club Administrator clicks 'Send Renewal' to send the Membership Renewal requests via email to members.
The Jetfire User uses the Membership Renewal Web Part to send renewal requests to members as part of the
Self-Registration Process.
- Members must have an existing email.
- Emails will be sent to multiple email addresses for the member.
- Each member receives a personal email with the key to their membership record.

Edit Properties for the Web Part
Edit Properties include:
- Workspace Name
- Show Preferred Workspace
- Select Workspace
- Sort Option - an option to sort the renewal workflows.
- Filter - a filter to reduce the number of renewal workflows displayed.
- Show All Versions - if true, then all versions of the renewal workflow are displayed.
- Workflow Config File - the path to the Workflow Configuration File used to display the Renewal records
- From Email Address - a default email address used as the 'from email address'
- Use Login User Email Address? - if true, the login user's email address (if not blank) is used as the 'from email address'. The Login User is also sent a copy of the Renewal request email.
- Email Subject - the subject of the Renewal request email.
- Email Body - the body of the Renewal request email.
- Renewal Class Name
- Hyperlink Renewal - the web page that contains the Registration Form used for Renewal.
- Contact Css Class - the Css Class used for the Contact.
- State Css Class - the Css Class used for the state label.
