Workflow Navigation by Date Web Part
This document describes a Navigation Web Part that is used to display workflows sorted by date.
Access
The Web Part is accessed in the
Jetfire Navigation Web Parts Library.
Web Part Features
Features include:
- Workflows are displayed in the Web Part according to the date property in the workflow. This provides an excellent navigation tool for sorting workflows based on date.

Edit Properties of the Web Part
The Web Part may be edited. It has the standard properties of a Jetfire Web Part. Additional custom edit properties include:
- Workflow Name – the class name of the workflows that are displayed in this web Part.
- Date Field Name – the name of the date property in the workflow class that is used to sort workflows.
- Start Date – the first month and year displayed in the Web Part
- End Date – the last month and year displayed in the Web Part.
- Find Workflow - a set of workflows that are displayed in the Web Part.
- Filter - a filter of 'name=value;' pairs used to select which workflows are displayed.
- Show All Versions - if checked, then all versions of the workflow class are displayed.
- Close Nodes - if checked, then all Date Nodes appear in closed position when the page is displayed.
